TERMS & CONDITIONS

After the placement of an order, it is forwarded to the processing department, this process normally takes up to 2-4 working days while during SALE this time span may extend to 5-6 working days due to intensive traffic. We are providing free shipping all across the country on orders 5000 pkr or above. The usual turnaround time is 2-3 days within the country and about 7 days outside the state. However, the order may face delay in any crisis or unusual circumstances. The package will be delivered via Leopard Courier Service (LCS) and the customer will be provided with tracking ID to track the order.

Packages Lost In Transit:

If your order is lost during shipment, Safijaz’ will investigate and issue a replacement if not found. This process may take 2-3 days.

Product Is Damaged Or Stolen In Shipping:

A product will be considered damaged if it is received defective, while if the package is opened, empty or has less items it will be considered stolen. In such scenario the customer will have to contact our customer support department within 14 days after receiving the package. The company will issue a claim after thorough investigation and the customer will have to provide the proof as well.

Price & Taxes:

All the prices on our website are inclusive of Sale Tax 2020.

International Orders & International Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, size and weight of the package. Therefore shipment charges may vary accordingly.

Custom duties & Import Taxes:

Safijaz has no control over custom duties or taxes applied by the country of international customer. Any custom duties, taxes or import charges applied by the respective country will be borne by the customer. Safijaz shall not be responsible for paying any kind of custom duties or taxes.

Payment through Credit Card:

Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment systemb will have to go through a fraud status check, and shall only be processed once cleared by our payment processor. The order shall be considered cancelled if the payment is found to be fraud.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled upon customer’s request before they are processed. Once an order has been processed it will not be cancelled.
Safijaz, reserves the right to cancel orders for any reasons which may include:

Articles Out Of Stock
Price differences
Shipping cost differences
Technical errors

In case of a cancellation, the amount shall be refunded within 20 days’ time to the respective credit card or bank account.
